1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, registering your phone number, or utilizing any features of this service, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the tool.

2. Purpose of Service

Offside Detector AI functions strictly as an advanced, educational, 2D geometric and mathematical simulation tool intended for sports review, tactical evaluation, and academic analysis. The analytical outputs, calculations, and rendered frames do not represent official refereeing bodies or official FIFA VAR decisions.

3. User Accounts and Credits

Users must register using a valid, authentic phone number to save configuration states and historical frames.
Account credits are consumed per image analysis request. Free promotional tokens or packages purchased via payment links (Vodafone Cash, Ko-fi) are intended entirely to cover cloud hosting, computational servers, and processing overheads.
Abusing the platform via registration scripts, multiple artificial device fingerprints, or malicious payloads will result in immediate permanent suspension without a refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Offside Detector AI, its developers, or owners be held liable for any decisions, debates, financial stakes, or actions taken based on the physical estimations or architectural lines rendered by this software framework.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to alter features, adjust tier token metrics, or suspend services temporarily to facilitate updates and server capacity scalability without prior notification.
